Do you think Characters are an extension of their Creators?

Because if they are I think I may be seriously clinically depressed.

I’m not sure if I’m entirely in love with my newest character at the moment, not to say that she’s not growing on me but if she is anything like me, I’d like to know why you’re my friend.

You are my friend right? Pleeeeaaaasssse say you’re my friend!!!!

Damn she’s … I mean I’m insecure πŸ˜›

You know, yes they are. That doesn’t mean they and the authors are the same, but yeah, they really are an extension of the writer in some way, because the writer created them in the first place. For example: I’m in love with the guy I created. He’s so cool, in ways I’ll never be. Sometimes I wish I were a bit more daring like he is. God damn that bastard!

Please, no one, not even an imaginary character could be more kick ass than you are, I know what you mean though, man I wish I could find a Levi – werewolf, hot and immortal, geez he’s like perfect. Hang on, I like this philosophy because he’s perfect AND he’s an extension of me? Groovy πŸ˜›
